Ian Salisbury runs an architectural and dispute resolution practice.  He has a wide experience of building types: from major international projects to the very small.  His office is in the centre of Oxford.  With architecture his practice specializes in new developments and building conservation work, particularly in places where sensitivity is required. His practice enables clients to fit new buildings into historic settings, and to adapt listed buildings. Overseas and UK consultancy work have included 10-years as an Oxford University college architect, and now being retained by a cathedral. The chartered architectural practice offers a multi-disciplinary approach to development and project management through an extensive network of consultants.

As a practitioner in the field of dispute resolution , Ian Salisbury is a chartered arbitrator active in all areas of construction industry dispute resolution including appointments as adjudicator, conciliator, mediator and expert witness, as well as arbitrator.  His ADR experience over the last 20 years has mostly been based within the United Kingdom but international appointments are sometimes accepted.
